COMPANY GOALS

Our main company goal is to continually improve our services and provide superior products to our customers. Since purchasing the business five years ago we have continued to seek new opportunities that benefit our customers. We have re-located our workshop to new premises and have expanded and taken on additional supplier initiatives such as acquiring the Suzuki motorcycle franchise. Our focus is to continually improve our processes and to exceed customer expectations. We aim to be the leading supplier and service provider for tractors, farm machinery and motorcycles to the local North Waikato region and surrounding districts.

SERVICE/PARTS

Chowns Ag Centre provides customers with both on-site and mobile service and parts back up. With a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience our dedicated team is able to service and repair all makes and models of tractors, farm machinery and motorcycles. Our parts department holds thousands of parts and accessories in stock to ensure an efficient service is provided. We can also help with flexible credit terms and customized repayment plans which suit you. We guarantee that our friendly staff will provide you with a high level of professionalism and expert advice to ensure quick and responsive customer service to keep your operations on track.

TRACTORS – New and Used

We take pride in holding the local license to supply the latest New Holland tractors and harvesting equipment in the North Waikato region and strive to deliver our community with the most up-to-date news and technology from New Holland. Also available on-site, is a diverse range of used tractors from various makes and models, providing our customers with a wide variety of choices.

 

FARM MACHINERY – New and Used

We offer our customers a comprehensive range of top quality new and used agricultural achinery equipment including mowers, spreaders, cultivators, harvesters and tractor trailers, from reputable brands such as Kuhn, Strautmann and McIntosh. All implements are displayed on-site for easy viewing and immediate pick if required.

MOTORCYCLES – New and Used

We place great value in being a part of the Suzuki network. Suzuki ATVs are recognised for their ruggedness and reliability, and their ability to handle the demanding conditions of New Zealand’s terrain. Available to view on-site or online is also a great range of used motorcycles which our service department has checked thoroughly, so you can purchase with confidence.
